I like garlic on most food I eat. Peppers are becoming regular too.

all my drinks [aside from ice-cold water] must have a tart citric-acid-y tang to them. almost all my food preparations must have onion and garlic in them, in addition to tomato sauce of some kind, and cheese as well as some kind of protein, either in the form of an animal product or TVP..

Love spices. They're full of antioxidants. I'm especially big on cinnamon, tumeric, basil and fresh parsley. Love Indian and Thai food, too, mainly because of the spices they use.

TABASCO SAUCE! I can't eat much of anything without it. It is used in all meals; breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I was living in terror when I found out that Hurricane Katrina destroyed the McIlhenny plant in New Iberia, LA, and I was scared that there would be a Tabasco shortage. I stockpiled it, but luckily they had a new plant open and running quickly, and there was never a shortage.

My typical breakfast is 2 or 3 scrambled eggs and must have some kind of Hot Pepper Sauce. Otherwise I like to throw in some Basil, Chives, and ground Peppercorn.

For chile sauce I really recommend Sriracha on eggs. Very good.

I have to have something sweet for breakfast. I can't eat in the morning unless it's sweet, for some reason.

I'm pretty obsessed with red pepper flakes.

I love sour food, as well as hot - as in: spicy. Garlic is one of my favorites as well, but I dislike onions (not the taste, just its... well, effects it has on my bowels, if you catch my drift). I daily consume milk and dairy products in rather large quantities.

new one here: Hot sauce! Japapeno hot sauce, dang hot alright... But I'm getting used to it. I think the heartburn it gives is harsh though. Two days of hot burps is rough, so I will be lowering my usage quite a bit. I may go back to regular hot sauce that's less hot instead. Unless, I somehow find a way to lower heartburn from hot hot sauce... Anybody know how to lessen hot sauce related heartburn? I heard milk... But I never feel like drinking milk after hot sauce.

Siracha and Ketchup.

Not together. But some things I love with Siracha. And other things require ketchup.
