Depends on what lengths they are willing to go for it. When it involves believing killing off large swaths of people is good for the Earth and using genetic engineering to create some green "master race", then yes. Yes it is.

It came from the political left last time around (until Hitler).

Like it or not, eugenics via genetic engineering is coming. What this guy is proposing is another shade of insane, though. :lol:
