Does anybody use the infamous "bad words" frequently?
I mostly wondered in this community particularly how frequently it is done. I just tend to see a lot of people in my experience "swear" a lot and it feels like some messed up popularity trend if that makes sense at all. It also sounds ignorant to me too. I don't swear unless I'm at the peak of being angry really or I'm mentioning it in the context of what someone else said or quoting someone (which I don't technically consider swaring too much as its just reciting) because it tends to help. Its just casually swaring (for lack of a better term) that I really don't do and I really don't like that much really.
Just to clarify on the no option, its not something you would say yourself. If you only recite the words from what was said you don't say yes in the poll. It's just the fact in the no option that you wouldn't say it yourself.
That's just me of course, I would like to hear what you guys have to say on this and vote.

Recently, I've made an effort to use profanity less, especially the so-called F-Word (which I tend to use a LOT). I have no desire to give up cursing entirely, but I do think overusing it can make a person seem ignorant and crude. Unfortunately, like all longtime habits, it's difficult to change. But I'm trying. Wish me friggin' luck! :P

I do it all the time, and have no intention to stop.

I only swear when I'm angry, but I'm angry a lot. I made a vow to stop dropping F-bombs at work when things go wrong, and I managed to last through Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. But then came Thursday. Oh well. My boss said it wouldn't last.

I tend to swear a lot but I can usually censor myself in situations where it would be inappropriate.

i tend to use f**king as a mid-sentence gap filler when i'm having trouble speaking, much in the same way people say uh. Not sure why I o it, just happens whenever i lose my train of thought. I've learned to catch the habit around certain people, but around close friends and my brother, i just ignore it and continue on.

i'm on my guard around people who never swear, they scare me, as though they are hiding something monstrous.

No I do not.
One reason is because words tend to form strong visual images in my mind.

I used to say them aLOT as a teen when South Park came out but I curse a lot less nowadays. I think it's partly because cursing became less kewl as I got older & more people were cursing
