Does anybody else have the same thing for dinner for days in a row?
For me it's tuna sandwiches. It's more or less the only thing I eat for dinner.

I eat the same things all the time, because I don't like anything else.

Maybe not all the time, but sometimes I get stuck on something and eat the same thing very often.

Lately I usually eat one of these a day. I like the taste, they are cheap, and they are easy to make.

I tend to get bored after a while. This week however, I had a variant of corned beef, eggs, and homefries for breakfast/other meals, just because I made an entire roast of it, and the rest of my family is crazy and doesn't like corned beef, so yeah. It makes a good breakfast food, throw the corned beef in the pan, crisp it a little, you'll get a ton of grease, crack your egg, fry it in the grease, then use the remaining grease to make toast. Yummy.

But nah, I tend to not eat the same thing for days at my house, however at restaurants I do, as usually, it's out of price concern sorta. IE, I'll try one thing that's cheap, like it, has a good portion per dollar ratio, so I'll keep getting it. I usually never get combo meals or anything. Sometimes I'll try the new special items or whatever, especially if I got spare cash, but generally at restaurants it's like, the same item everytime. A lot of it is like, I don't wanna get burned with my money trying something I don't like. But at home, I cook for myself, and usually try all kinds of different stuff, just to keep me from not getting bored. I'm the most adventurous one in my family foodwise, though, they see me as like Andrew Zimmern or something.

Yep. I like what I like and that's what I eat.

I just got off a three-year long oatmeal in the morning kick. Now, I eat potatoes and eggs. I have a salad every night for dinner and usually tuna for lunch. I'm a bit of a nutrition freak so it all has to balance out - ugh... math.

The one thing I hated most when I was raising my kids was figuring out what to have for dinner every night. It had to be different every night or they'd whine and complain. I was a mom with kids at home for 33 years.

I also do this. I eat my favourite healthy foods all the time, because I'm used to them and I don't like anything else.

I do this a lot. Usually because I'll make a big batch of something on which I can sustain myself and just take a portion of it every day for my meals. It's a pretty efficient way of making food.

I eat toasted whole-grain bread with crunchy peanut butter and banana slices every single morning, and have done so for years. It's still delicious.

I do occasionally :?

I'm not sure I do it out of desire though :?. For example, I can enjoy stuff made with canned tuna, and I saw it on on sale today and bought like 8 cans... so I'll be eating a lot of tuna for at least a week or so because I'm kinda broke :P

Although I try making what I buy in different ways now. I like tuna because it has some easy applications... and some are quite awezome :D
