Though not an official Stooge, Emil Sitka "succeeded" Larry Fine in 1970.

Technically, it was Shemp, Curly, Shemp, Joe, Curly Joe. Shemp replaced his replacement.

Shemp is my favorite Stooge, by the way. Surely I'm not alone on this?

I also think Joe and Curly Joe are unfairly overlooked, but they're certainly the "worst" two Stooges. It would have been interesting to see Emil Sitka's "Harry," but the act was dead at that point.

I saw the movie, my thoughts? It was okay. JUST okay.

The movie captures the style of the original stooges pretty well and the actors do a pretty good job capturing their personalities too. However the movie seems to focus more on Moe more so than Larry or Curly, which I found awkward given that the film should be primarily surround all three of the Stooges rather than 1 in particular.

Something I didn't like about the film was that it has some gross humor, something that the original stooges never implemented in their shorts. Not to give away spoilers, but the "diaper-changing" scene is a prime example of the type of humor the film has...
