Your BMI should be able to answer that for you!

Well it actually says I'm obese which is pretty ridiculous imo. But I'm not sure what my frame size is; that's really more what counts. I think i'm a larger frame because my head is pretty large.

People come in all shapes and sizes. You should love your body as it is, as you adapt to a healthy lifestyle.

Long as you are active and healthy I wouldn't be overly concerned. Also are you happy with how you look? As long as you are happy with you're own appearance the opinions of others don't matter.

I think you should perhaps do some light running and sit-ups if you're concerned about your weight

There's many places that can give you the advice you need to lose some weight, like right here on Wrong Planet. Just check out the Health and Fitness forums.

You can also try http://forum.bodybuilding.com. Just avoid the meatheads and everyone saying "brah".

I don't like to give too much advice, because I like people to let me come up with my own solutions.

Some people need a nudge in the right direction in order to make their own decisions. And if they don't want opinions then they shouldn't really ask questions.
