I like some of the cars ford makes, but not a big fan of the trucks. Dodge trucks are good!

Most American cars are no longer my favorite due to the fact they are no longer made in America and quality and reliability is lacking. But if I had a favorite it would primarily be old american muscle when it was still made in america to last. Modernwise I guess it would be a tie between the Mustang and Corvette.

I do like cars both import and domestic however I am not a huge fan of Italian cars like ferrarri beutiful and fast they may be reliabilitie is the worst as well as the costs of maintainence. For a fraction of the cost a modded Muscle car or import will blow em away and still have less reliability issues. :D

i mentioned the toyota avalon because it was made in america, even though the management was in tokyo. it was toyota's best emulation of an all-american buick. i still miss that car, it was library-quiet, rode smoothly like an old buick but handled like a new mercedes. it had 6-passenger room and very comfortable seating, and enough legroom/headroom for a 6'3" long-legged yank sitting both in front and in back. i have not found a single american car that could equal it in every respect. the buick park avenue came close, though. i have a real affection for cars that are roomy, quiet, serene, and have absorbently soft suspensions that filter out all the road bumps.

Another favorite aside from muscle cars is probably the 1965 ford Thunderbird it was my first car nice standard 390ci engine generating 300 hp 400 lb ft of torque with a smooth ride I also liked how the steering wheel you can adjust sideways. Unfortunatly after bad circumstances I had to sell my baby to get out of a bad mess.

Yeah, I was wondering why you listed a Toyota. I didn't know that about the Avalon.

As for quiet, roomy, and an over all easy ride, the Taurus SE is just that. Smooooth ride, PERFECT shocks and suspension, barely hear a hum in the engine, just a really good car. Not a love magnet, but I have a lot of respect for it.

You know, as badass as a Mustang is, I never really thought that much of them. They ride too hard.

Like this.

I've always had a thing for transam/firebird, with a bird on the hood. Slatted lights and/or newer models.
