I would like to confess that my reason for trying on these many different personas or masks, was so that I wouldn't annoy people or get into trouble with people with my Routemaster obsession. Every time I've tried on a different mask, I've felt like a fake. I've felt dead, inside.

I don't get annoyed of the Routemasters.

Somebody needs to keep the memory of the Routemaster alive.

Why shouldn't you be amongst that select few?

I wouldn't be suprised if Cockney was one who built a brand new Routemaster from scratch, and made a mock-up model made out of toothpicks.

I don't think you should feel the need to pretend to have other interests. As I don't know much about them myself (*gasp!*), I'm actually interested when you talk about them, as I like to learn new things (except when I'm at school).

I think this forum is the perfect place to be yourself and talk about the things you like. Those pretend personalities won't make you happy and I've never seen anyone upset by your routemasters, they have become a part of wrongplanet by now.

I was watching some Clark Gable movie last night on cable, where he was in London, and hailed a Cockney cabbie. I immediately thought of you ! ! I also think a Cockney accent has a huge charm to it ! !!

We cannot deny our aspie obsessions. It's like trying to cover up who you are. It's all right to love routemasters. It could be worse.

Routemasters are teh 1337. You should include them in at least 90% of your posts. Like I used to include Sephiroth in 99.99% of my posts.

HELLO, cockneyrebel, this is Wrong Planet, I, at least am here so I can post about my obessions, among other things. I like reading about others' obessions too. Sure, I tease you about it but I'm just mucking around. If you've seen Star Trek: The Original Series, think Spock/Mccoy bickering or if you're more familiar with Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, then Bashir/Garak bickering. ((They do bicker, if you haven't noticed watch more closely.))
