Any advice on getting oneself motivated into a healthier lifestyle again? I used to be really good about eating right, exercising, sleeping enough, and doing other things to take care of myself, but several months ago I started getting worn out from life in general and I'm now pretty worthless in taking care of myself.

Problem is, I know it, but I can't get myself to start doing something about it. Thoughts on how to kick-start myself again?

Maybe find something you'd really like to do, but can't right now due to lack of fitness...
