Thinking of buying a Logitech F310...

Just curious if anyone's ever used one with their emulator of choice, which is why I'm considering it. My main questions are how well it works for that purpose and if it holds up in the long term.

And yes, I've looked at replica NES/SNES USB controllers as well, but have read mixed (mostly negative) reviews of them.

ETA: I'm also not crazy about the analog sticks, so if someone can recommend a quality controller with a simpler layout that won't require replacing often, I'm open to suggestions.
