rescently, i have been finding myself saying things like:
"when i retire..."
"once i am married..."
"i want my future child to..."
the problem i am facing is i am looking at this stuff-- and i am only 12 years old, i mean i will be 13 soon, next march (4 months) but i think i am looking too far ahead, is this normal? should i talk to my social worker about it? it is starting to bother me!  :!: :?:

It's never too early to think about what you want for the future.

I do this too! My Mother often tells me off. I am 17 and I am saying "when I'm a forensic pathologist..." or "when I study for my PhD...", even "my kids would have to do this..."

Don't worry about it. Just write down all your wishes and dreams on a piece of paper and show it to your social worker. But keep a copy for yourself. These are important things and it will also be interesting to look back on them later.
