Light hugs feel weird. Too tight is painful, but I like them snug. Goldilocks hugs. :D I love hugs.

I don't like being touched by others. Quite often, even if they just unexpectedly touch me on the shoulder or elbow as people do as a way of showing affection, encouragement etc., I jump. I don't mean to and it must seem rude but I just can't help it. It's involuntary. I'm not used to being manhandled by people and I don't like or want them touching me. "Go Away"

After having a good talk with my boss about my 'problems' and how Asperger's affects me (she's a lovely lady), she tried to pat me on the hand and I pulled away. I think she understood because all she did was smile at me. I can't tell if now she's upset with me or not but I don't think so (but then again, I'm crap at knowing what people are really thinking!)
