Most people know that people abuse animals, most likely, will graduate to abusing humans. So theoretically, if we let this guy out, he won't be killing kittens next time, he'll be killing someone. So someone needs to be murdered, when we already have a clear sign that this sicko's on the primrose path to becoming a murderer?
