Tempted to buy a Mega CD, although I can see Snatcher getting some sort of visual update and made available on XBLA or PSN.

Civilisation IV, Deus Ex, first two Silent Hill games, Dark Souls, STALKER: Call of Pripyat (and to a lesser extent Shadows of Chernobyl), Suikoden 2, Grandia

At the moment I'm really digging Legend of Grimrock and am tempted to add it to the list.

Definitely. I liked Policenauts too, though you can only play that as a fan translation.
