I finished "Asperger Syndrome and Anxiety" by Nice Dubin (http://www.amazon.com/Asperger-Syndrome ... 184310895X) and found it to be the most enlightening book I have ever read.
I have done therapy for years....I've read other books...NOTHING got through to me like book.

This is because this book was written by somebody with AS for somebody with AS...it was very concrete, like a text-book, with great examples.

I am looking for other books like this...written in this style and manner. I'd really like

1) A book on Asperger's and friends....not just making friends...but keeping friends
-Stuff I struggle with is exposing my past and jealously/insecurity....I have a habit of being so inscure with myself sometimes with a friend I can be clingy and possessive...a book which my AS brain could process discussing this would be awesome

2) General book on CBT...again like Nick's book.

This is the one I moved onto after completing Nick's book: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Adult Asperger Syndrome.

There are also tons of CBT worksheets you can choose from and utilize at this site: http://www.getselfhelp.co.uk/freedownloads2.htm

Is this book written in the same style as Nick's.....for an AS mind?

Does it cover anxiety associated with social relationships?
It seems more for a professional.
