I've been looking to join a self help group/forum for a while now, I guess this is a good place to start!
I've only just been diagnosed autistic/bipolar in the last year, but have always found it pretty difficult to socialise etc. Itd be great if I could get to know some similar minds! :-)

Welcome. WP is a good place to start from what I know so far. That's for sure. You should be able to meet all kinds of helpful and supportive people here. In addition, you will find a myriad of subjects which you might find interesting.
