If there is anybody here who is successfully employed in Europe at the middle class level I have some questions for you.

Work environments in Europe can be quite diverse, considering there are different countries, laws and customs.
Why don't you just ask your questions?

Regulations and customs vary quite a lot between different countries.

For example the French pretty much all take long lunches to have a good meal, very short working week but very productive per hour.

Which country in particular are you interested in?
