Did you know I have a list of at least twenty books to finish before my birthday?

I’m thinking—are there actually more than 20?

Did you know there are actually about nineteen, because I'm primarily reading books I haven't read before?

Do you know that I sense you have a list of those written in synesthetic colors?

Did you notice that there are also 19 weeks until my birthday?
Would you believe I didn't plan it that way?

Do you know that I believe you will read five of those the week before your birthday—-possibly out on a lake?

Did you know I resisted reading my current book because of the synaesthetic colour of its title?

Do you experience synesthesia with certain words?

Did you know I experience synaesthesia with every word? And, that I experience it with every individual letter and number, and most songs?

Do you know that I wish this happened with me?

But that I know it might be a double-edged sword?

Did you know 'double' is white, 'edged' is blue and 'sword' is yellow?

Did you know that this reminds me of a Scandinavian flag?

Do you know I sometimes see phrases together like flags, and I make associations of that nature?

(Did you also know it was very easy to learn arithmetic or study algebra because of the colour patterns?)

Do you ever wish you didn’t experience synesthesia?

(I believe you mostly enjoy it).

Can you relate to the fact that I don't know anything different, and thus I have no idea how people think or conceptualise ideas without synaesthesia?

Do you know that I have zero synesthesia?

Do you know that I, primarily, use memory (visual and audio) and deduction, more or less based on logic—but with emotion and common sense taken into account?
