Obviously, they can just use leftover Christmas gift wrapping paper; most people have lots of that stored away; the fist fights in the stores are therefore all your fault for not offering that helpful suggestion.

There's all sorts of toilet paper and soap available here. Normal prices, too. It's your fault that no one cares if my neighbourhood dies. We're not prepared or worthy.
