when did u stop believing in Santa

i stopped believing in Santa when I was 14! I kid you not. I am actually thankful that I beleive in Santa that long because it made my life seem more exciting and magical!

When did you stop believing it?

... There's no Santa? :(

My parents told me there was no Santa or Easter Bunny at like age 2 or 3. As soon as I could talk.

Such a sad cruel life I had.

I honestly don't know what age I stopped believing in Santa. I know my older sister told me not to tell mum that I knew Santa wasn't real until I was older, because she really enjoyed making Christmas "magic". I told her when I was 8 that Santa wasn't real, because it would be physically impossible for 1 man to visit every house in 1 day...

Age 5. Nobody "ruined" it for me - I wanted to know the real story behind Christmas, so I brought it up to my dad and we had a discussion about it.

Stopped so young I can't remember, Don't remember ever really believing it.

I think it was when I was in middle school. I figured it out through my own deducting reasoning skills.

I stopped believing in santa around about age 11 I remember arguing with another kid at school about it.

I think I was about 9, maybe 10, I can't quite remember.

But I don't think I was told he wasn't real. I think I just got to an age where I figured out myself that he wasn't real, and didn't really care one way or another. I knew that believing in him is just part of the innocence of being a small child, so I did not mind. Christmas was still magical, right up until the age of 13. That was because after the age of 13, Christmas ''magic'' did not seem so magical any more. Probably because I was getting older.

I still believe in the magic of Santa.

I don't know if I ever believed

I can't remember when I actually did believe. I just remember going along with it for years.

I was around 8 years old when I stopped believing. By that time, the story did sound rather silly so I can to that conclusion on my own. This conclusion was further satisfied when I had a look through my mums room and found the wrapped up presents hidden away.

I never believed in Santa to begin with.

When I was around 6 I came to the conclusion that most santas were fake after I looked underneath their beard and discovered it was fake. However I for awhile after that I still believed that the santa at my town's christmas parade was real until I looked underneath that Santa's beard was fake as well.

From around the same time I became adjusted to the idea that my parents were delivering presents and not Santa.

My mother told me at 3 years old because of her religious fanaticism. There was no childlike sense of wonder for me.
