Most of the Aspies that I've met in person get on my nerves BIG TIME.

I sang in a choir in year 6 (the school wasn't a religious one, not specifically), and sang "Heal the World". In year 7, our teacher made us learn *shudder* LINE DANCING, ALL YEAR! (I can't stand "Nutbush City" at all now) At a school camp, I was given grief by other students when I retrieved a frog from a toilet bowl (the creature was still alive).

I used to not be able to tell the difference between "jeep" and "chief" in terms of words, making my pronounciation of "Chief Quimby" (from "Inspector Gadget") rather bemusing.

I got caught doing the finger at the cameras on the Tower of Terror at Dreamworld, and have never done so since.

I have never been (to my knowledge) drunk in my life.

I still enjoy a kid's book series I enjoyed when I was younger (the "Bottersnikes and Gumbles" series by Aussie author SA Wakefield).

hmmm... i put a firework in its shooting container upside once and...well...it wasn't pretty

i used to be obsessed with painting my nails. once me and my friend were in front of her house and accidently spilled half a bottle of nail polish remover and nail polish all over her welcome mat and her dad's shoes...i don't think her dad noticed

when i came home from school for the christmas holidays last year...my parents told me that my cat had been found dead by the neighbors in their backyard that morning. it was sooo strange hearing about it that i didn't care at first

i used to like britney spears...i still have no clue why

My earliest memory is me choking on a marble one afternoon. Oddly, I remember the weather: overcast.

I used to think I was completely normal; In other words, NT.

I thought Asperger's was actually called Efburgeson's, due to a mis-hearing (it wasn't Ass-burgers because of the different pronunciation in NZ)

I actually got lost trying to find a classroom in my Primary school, and I knew it like the back of my hand.

During the course of my life, I've had over 30 friends and acquaintances, many of which I still keep in touch with today.

If they don't want me to lose weight, it's their loss, not mine. The best I can do, is eat very carefully, at my flat to make up for the sweets that are around my mum's house. :)

I was going to post that my most recent ex-girlfriend was a (post-operative) male-to-female transsexual, but that's not really surprising about *me*, per se...
