For me, this is the one, the only:

Accept no substitutes. These are the Transformers. Not those hunks of wires and bolts running around in those 3 Bay flicks.

Transformers Animated and Transformers Prime are cool in my book, though.

Have you been checking out Young Justice? It's the shizz! I'm not that sure about the second season entitled 'Invasion', though.

Sonic The Hedgehog(SATAM) love how dark it is and am highly impressed with it.Shame it got cancelled.
My Little Pony Friendship is Magic-Love the bright animation, creativity,Songs and characters.Eagerly awaiting season 3.
Teen Titans- Loved it watched back when the UK had Toonami(and when it was good). A shame it was cancelled the last episode felt depressing :( .
Tom & Jerry-A classic the old ones that is.

Currently watching-Nothing just Anime and Super Sentai for now.
Waiting for MLP season 3 and maybe that Teen Titans spin off.

I freaking love cartoons almost as much as live action and I don't really know why. But here are the ones I like and love in no particular order.

The Simpsons
South Park
Family Guy
Futurama
Batman the Animated Series
Batman Beyond
Justice League Unlimited
Transformers G1
Beast Wars: Transformers
Transformers: Animated
Transformers: Prime
Avatar the Last Airbender
Regular Show
Hey Arnold
Robot Chicken
Star Wars the Clone Wars
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Both of them and the new one is starting to grow on me)
X-Men
X-Men: Evolution
Spider-Man 90's show
The Spectacular Spider-Man
Ultimate Spider-Man (Growing on me a little)
The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes
Scooby Doo (All the old ones before Scrappy Doo came along and the new Mystery Incorparated show that currently showing)
Generator Rex
Pokemon (Indigo and some of but not all of the other seasons. Don't think I've ever seen a full season since Indigo not including the banned episodes except for probably DP Battle Dimension)
Digimon (The first 2 and maybe the 3rd. The 4th I've never seen and I have seen the 5th one on Kix! which is pretty good sometimes)
Thundercats (The new one)
Young Justice
Teen Titans
Top Cat
The Flintstones
Looney Tunes (The old shorts and probably The Looney Tunes Show currently showing now)
Tom & Jerry
Recess
Spongebob Squarepants
Fairly Odd Parents
Animaniacs

I don't have cable, so I haven't seen it.

You're not the first person to recommend it. I'll have to see if I can find it on the interwebs! :)
