Don't worry, the Conservative party is haemorrhaging votes to UKIP at the moment and I wouldn't be surprised if Cameron's utter foolishness and unwillingness to listen to his own voters on a variety of issues will be the Conservatives' downfall in a few years time. As for the three main political parties, I couldn't give a damn about any of them. They're nearly identical when you get down to it.
If one wants to register a protest, UKIP is the place for anti-EU people, liberals, libertarians, conservatives and patriotic Labour types. The Greens seem to be able to take care of the eco-socialists, the environmentalists, and those on the student / Guardianista / far-left.
