So here we see the Obama Campaign's blatent disregard for the rule of law, which is no surprise considering we're talking about Chicago Politicians.
I'll say this again: Mitt Romney's site BLOCKED ATTEMPTS BY FOREIGNERS TO CONTRIBUTE TO HIS CAMPAIGN.

First of all, this is the New York Post, which is just another Rupert Murdoch-owned tabloid, which, much like Inuyasha, is going to look for any trivial excuse to do a smear job on President Obama.
Given that this is coming from Rupert Murdoch, I highly doubt the veracity of the report. But, if there is any truth to it, then I am certain that Rupert tipped off the Romney campaign to reject the five-dollar payment, so as to have something to crow about.
Furthermore, this is only 5 dollars. There are rich fiends like the Koch Brothers contributing a heck of a lot more than that to the Romney campaign.
Plus, any foreigner who wishes to contribute to the Romney campaign would be advised to do so through one of his many Political Action Committees, which can take money laundered from absolutely anywhere, and do not have to reveal where the money came from.
Here are Romney's main contributors

If you're going to smear President Obama over five dollars worth of jail bait, then your candidate is more than vulnerable to accusations of impropriety.
Note, too, the heavy investments from the financial sector to Romney's campaign. They're definitely counting on President Romney to unravel the regulations that President Obama put in place, so that they can resume looting and pillaging.
Murdoch is getting awefully desperate in the closing days of the campaign--trying to manufacture a scandal with a five dollar bill. The non-Faux News watchers will see right through it.

This reads like everything from the Democratic party nowadays.
Ignore your candidate's wrong doing and try to blame Republicans some how.

It's always been this way, just they used to be better at hiding their partisanship.
You make it sound like there's no wrong doing on the Republican's part.

I have never said that. I go nuts when the Republicans start going off on vaginas and gays, but I make it loudly known. There's 10 s**t tons of blame to go around for all politicians for a lot of things. All I'm saying is let's spread it out 5 and 5 instead of giving a free pass.

Aren't they publicly traded companies... Seriously, I've already shot down the bashing of Rupert Murdoch's donations to team Romney, due to the fact Rupert Murdoch has been a US Citizen since 1985.
Anyways regarding corporate donors:
1. Part of the company is in the United States, there are several possibilities as to how the donations were actually legally made.
2. Odds are the same companies also donated to the Obama campaign, though probably not nearly as much as they did in 2008.
If you look at the original article on page 1, you'd realize this is a fairly simple issue involving a fairly basic security feature that the Romney Campaign is using but the Obama Campaign is not. A security feature that is partially in place to try to prevent people from using your credit card information online and using your credit card to run up your credit card bill.
