Yeah, I've noticed that IMDB has a negative attitude towards almost everything. Though tonight when I was browsing the Alice in Wonderland (2010) page, I noticed that a lot of threads actually said it was underrated and asked "why is this so hated?" Huh. Could've sworn that people were reaming Burton and Depp for this movie when it first came out... :?:

I use IMDB all the time, but I have avoided the threads. I usually use the movie and TV sections. I look at Trivia, Goofs, Quotes, and Connections in the Did You Know? section.
