You are imagining things.

In an ideal situation NT people are more likely to dislike other NT's than to dislike Aspies.
an NT who has a strong (emotional) opinion regarding something won't be able to get along with an NT with an opposing (emotional) opinion.
He CAN get along with an AS who might not share his opinion but has no emotional bond with it and can explain his reasoning rationally.

NT, just as AS people, are hypocrites sometimes (we do try to actively minimize it though to pursue order and justice) and said NT might get very offended at the other NT for having such an emotional opinion not based in facts while in fact his own opinion is purely emotion based also.

"Black" might not like hanging out with "White" due to being opposites but both can appreciate and relate to their weird indifferent relative "Grey".

That's about as good an analogy you're going to get from me... (and even I'm pretty disappointed I must say :P)
I hope you catch my drift though!

What Ai Ling said.

I always remember a good example of this: I bumped into an old friend and asked him about a mutual friend. They used to be inseparable back in college. His answer was: "We haven't talked in ages. My fault, really not nice of me. I really shoud call him." Now this is a totally fake, conventional response to give in these cases. It actually means: "I don't want to tell you what happened between us, but I want you to believe that I was not the one rejected."

Yeah, NT's will pretend to get along. I had one friend who said she would try extra hard to be nice to people she DIDN'T like because she didn't want them to know she didn't like them and cause conflict ect.

Maybe I am misunderstanding when NTs seem to get along. Maybe they can't stand each other.

Aren't most human conflicts between NTs?

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence and no NTs don't always get along with each other. NTs appear don't always get along with their flocks. Rather, I think they do a really good job of hiding their emotions.

The reason why they probably don't get along with them is because NT's read body language, facial expressions and other social cues. When they interact, they tend to mimic body language, facial expressions and other social groups.

However, there are NTS who do get along with the autism community, but those are usually people who learned to be understanding and accepting. You just have to find them,

Yes. The OP just asked a stupid question. They might as well have asked if water is wet.

I think they mostly pretend to like each other even if they hate it. They hide their true emotions.

In every workplace I have ever been in, including volunteer jobs, there has always been conflicts between NT people. It's a normal thing among humans. It's even happened in my own family, and my family are close.

I think to some Aspies, NTs come across as these mindless clones that do nothing but gossip and socialise and they're all so alike that they all get on, maybe it looks that way to some Aspies because of not paying enough attention to body language, emotions and social relationships between other people. But for those of us who are more observant, NTs aren't all the same on the inside and there's typically always going to be conflicts among groups of people. I think nicer people do pretend to like those they don't like just to be polite but it's sometimes still obvious that they don't like them. Not all NTs are mean.

(Now to wait for a poster to come and prove me wrong by overstating that all NTs they have ever known in every environment they've ever been in have gotten along like a house on fire...)

All the time.

And sometimes hold grudges, too.

Well yes when neurotypes clash that can cause a problem.

For the most part I find most of my friends to be autistic or to be less stereotypical NTs and again - easier to mesh.

It's just easier to get on with people that you are similar to. That doesn't mean that NTs never argue or every conflict is inherently our fault.
