The usual sickness of someone I care for so much, the phone line stuff, and worrying about and missing someone else I also care about, who I consider a loved one, even if just a dream. Both keep me human in their own ways.

In a betta place now. Sorry, couldn't resist. Yeah,no fun. Pets dying. I've never owned a fish, though. I had to search the term to know what a betta was. Death. One of life's cruel tricks.

Alright for where I am. New medications seem to be helping the one I care for, so thanks there, life. The toll of her tears from the pain always feel like it's too much, but I keep on going. Maybe living from moment to moment is helping there.

I should stop exploring the mountains and forest, as something quite funny happened when I was out over the last weekend (not funny at all, and would be quite sad objectively). I'll spare everyone the sadness and madness of that one. Maybe close to the house will be fine there (within a few hundred yards), just not kilometers or so, as I could see myself getting lost in such a situation. In good news, I'm quite fit still.
