I just gotta helmet and gloves, we're not allowed shoulder pads, ice hockey shin pads or hockey pants.

I assume ball hockey shinpads are acceptable, but I haven't confirmed so I haven't bought any yet.

Just had weetabix and juice and been for an early morning walk in the sunshine. Walked past my local McDonalds without being tempted by a sausage and egg Mcmuffin. Didn't drink alcohol yesterday.
