I am currently staying between my family home and my partners family home. I'm not quite understood by any of them.

Not feeling bad at all again today. Stupid ADHD brain seems to be functioning better than normal and it's another nice sunny day.

^I know what you mean.

I wish people like nurse's aides and those sorts of folks were paid better so they could treat clients better.

It doesn't help matters that the staff in question are clearly phoning it in, and are unapologetic about viewing patients as simply numbers and notches on bedposts.

There's also agencies, and Private Doctors reluctant to take on patients on the NHS, as a means of making more money for themselves.

But yes, the system is broken, so those at the top take the largest wedge.
