Does anyone remember the title of this film,

The story of the film takes place in "Court City" guy dies and finds himself in the afterlife where a special tribunal to assess its his earthly life, there falls in love in a woman who also died.
I do not remember the title but I really enjoyed the movie.

Need more info. Do you remember any of the actors? When was it made?
