If 2 adults are interacting often and one of them probably has ADHD, then is it possible that the supposedly unaffected person gets it too and starts behaving similarly with everyone else?
Or is it just that the supposedly unaffected person already had some traits of ADHD and this was escalated or brought out by the evidently ADHD affected person?

People can rub off on each other. Its normal if you spend alot of time with someone.
Not certain exactly what traits you are referring to however - i stim alot and my partner does not do this - but i do pick holes in everything and everyone and my partner now also does this more than she used to.
