My cousin's wedding is tomorrow and I need to find a song or a beautiful piece of music for a slow dance for the bride and groom. It has to be romantic, sweet, but not sad.
None of the songs I've thought of seems to be right. I'm running out of time and ideas.

Any suggestions would be very appreciated :)

Dont know if you're a musician or a deejay.

But here a few slow romantic oldie favs that ( a party deejay)work for me at weddings (or that couple request).

"Always and Forever"- Heatwave

"Wonderful Tonight"- Eric Clapton

"Slow Dancin' " -Johnny Rivers.

"Something"- Beatles

"Truly Madly Deeply"- Savage Garden

"Can't Help Falling in Love with You" -Elvis

"Could I Have This Dance (for the rest of my life)" Anne Murray

"Have I Told You Lately That I Love You"- Van Morrison ( also covered by Rod Stewert).

A few off the top of my head.

New ideas! Yay! :D

I'm neither a musician, nor a DJ. Just someone I know wants to make a nice surprise and asked me to find the music for it as they didn't have the time for that. I don't know the whole idea yet, so I'm trying to find a few alternatives. Anyway, I think Van Morison's song might work. I can't believe I haven't thought of it myself.

Thank you. :)

Perry Como - Hawaiian Wedding Song

Is what I can think of for now.

EDIT, the Fallout New Vegas soundtrack comes in handy for this!
Nat King Cole - Love Me as Though There Were No Tomorrow
Kathy Maria - Where Have You Been All My Life

I second these two.

I struggled to think of a few songs with the sort of theme and tempo you're looking for.

Angus and Julia Stone - For You

Michael Kiwanuka - I'm Getting Ready
