Web article first published June 2012, paper was published 1997, and references the "new" DSM-IV standards.

If I'm following the abstract right, and this is by no means my field, there are comparing Dr. Asperger's cases to the DSM-IV "Aspergers" standard.

The article was first publish on-line on June 6, 2012.

It was first published in the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry, Volume 38, Issue 2, pages 247–251, in February 1997.

So, the answer to the OP's question is "Yes".
