Hmmm, I admit there is a side of me nostalgic for the Cold War, at least you know which side you were on, ours, theirs or neutral. I'm also an "alternate history junkie" too. I often wondered how the world would be from 1991 to today had the USSR not fallen and/or the 1991 Vodka Putsch succeeded. Then again, you could end up with something like the "Twilight 2000" RPG where WWIII started in 1995 and the nukes fly on Thanksgiving 1997. First, we'd all be fighting for survival, but can you imagine a world with only a few episodes of South Park, no Final Fantasy VIII and above (VII was released here in the US September of 1997, barely making the cut), PC's stopping at the Pentium II, 300 MHz level and no Harry Potter movies, the horror. :D 8O

Still, it is interesting to speculate.

I'd go to a place where nothing existed, and I'd MAKE it exist. It'd be a fun imagination excercise.

I would love to live in world where there's a mix between humans and anthropomorphic animals, or as I like to call them humanimals, and that in that world, it could have the same stuff in our world, the same president, the same entertainment, and all that stuff we know and love. Also we would have the grade A+ technology to even visit our earth-like neighbor planets, and have cures for all diseases known to man at a reasonable price. No wars, no scandals, no corruption. Yeah. I would love in that world. The "Earth" that I would like to call the world, would be Moebius.

In a surreal steam punk world in which safe helium filled solar powered zeppilins became the preferred mode of air transport and heavier than air airliners never caught on.

No pollution, no fuel consumption, and they would bounce like a nurf ball if you tried to fly them into a building.

I am intensely curious - what do you have against Mohammed? (I know nothing about Islam, just curious)

He's the main character, if you take him out of the equation the religion alters slightly.

the poster you are referring to, has a jewish heritage, so you can understand his discomfort with the teeming mohammedans arrayed against the jewish presense in the middle east.

Let's face it, the idea of multiple universes is astounding to think about. Imagine the possibilities of having a parallel universe you could travel to. What universe would you visit? Would you choose to live in it? Talk to yourself? Save it? Destroy it? The possibilities are endless! Share your thoughts.

We wouldn't be able to visit other universes or likely even be able to contact them if they existed. Even if we could visit them, we most likely wouldn't be able to survive in them if they had different laws of physics than our own universe.

1. He hits on little girls.
2. He originated a wicked and vile religion that is the cause of much death and destruction.

I have more, but that should be enough.
