I can't stand country music usually, but I love the song "Jolene", especially when Dolly Parton sings it. And there's a Brooks and Dunn song that I like but I can't think of the name of it.

It isn't a genre per se, but I avoid music produced by manufactured Disney, Nickelodeon, etc. artists because I feel there isn't any real art in it - they're puppets out to make money. But I enjoy the song "Party in the U.S.A." because it's so catchy.
