I've never heard of someone being charged for wetting their pants. Really now...

I wouldn't advocate giving any criminal individual responsibility like working in a residential home. Too easy to abuse it. Litter picking or toilet cleaning sounds suitably degrading, though.

What about the person who called the principal in? I hope they aren't feeling too proud of themselves.

Fools. What part of SPECIAL NEEDS do these idiots not understand? They should all be fired, named, and shamed.

Those charges were dropped. The teacher and principal both sounds as if they're complete fools. They should be replaced, specially if they are working in a school for special ed. They probably have no idea of what they're suppose to be doing.

For the latter, we're really talking about those on ASBOs for stupid reasons i.e. ones that aren't really criminals just labelled as such.

Well, I want to know how this could be defined as disorderly conduct (or whatever they charged her with). Second, I don't think this should have made the news. That's pretty embarassing.

Honestly, I think it's more embarrassing to the school officials than it is to the girl.

Hmmm... I'm wondering how the "ironic punishment division" in hell will handle those bastards?
