My tics are mostly controlled by medication but I still have some no matter what. I shrug my shoulders or twitch my neck. I clear my throat/cough.

Occasionally I have finger tics in which I bend all my knuckles.

Without medication I also have leg tics. I bend my knees which looks really weird when I'm walking. The ones I've already mentioned are a lot worse without medication. They happen constantly instead of just every now and then.

I get really bad, often uncontrollable urges.

My urges normally make me want to say inappropriate things, because they're inappropriate. Normally the more I want to be appropriate, the stronger, and more common these urges are :/.

I once got the urge to jump off a 3 story balcony, I didn't want to die, it was just an urge. I had to work really hard to stop myself.

I close my eye lids as hard as I can while I roll my eyes up as far as they can go at the same time. I used to do this when I was looking at something for a while, like a movie or a book, but now it's became more frequent and will happen at anytime. It's an urge, feel like I have to do it. Doesn't feel right if I don't, if I put it off I'll still do it later but more intensely.

I experience tardive dyskinesia due to some of my medications. However, I often chew, bite, rock back and forth and flap my hands autonomously.

I have Tourette's Syndrome.

My tics include

Motor:
Turning neck, grimacing, blinking, making a fist, turning my arm 90 degrees, leg jerks, looking up, clapping, finger snapping, tapping my foot twice, hitting myself, putting my arms straight out in front of my or above me, shoulder jerks, and numerous other things.

Vocal:
Sniffing, gasping, squeaking, repeating others, repeating myself, stuttering, making a"Ha!" noise, saying the words yes, no, what or nevermind, coughing, and clicking my tongue.
