Gosh... where to begin?

Somewhat in order:

Batman: Mask of the Phantasm

Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker

The Dark Knight Trilogy

The Avengers

The Incredible Hulk

Captain America

Watchmen

Sin City

X-men 2

X-men: First Class

Batman: Subzero

Batman/Superman Movie (BTAS/STAS crossover)

Iron Man series

Batman: Under the Red Hood

Justice League: Doom

X-men

...and many more.

So, I finally got to see Dark Knight Returns pt. 1 & 2....

It is GREAT! I love the art, I love the story... They really did a fantastic job adapting Frank Miller's work complete with symbolism (there is a lot of that!).

I'd put it in my top 5 favorite movies of all time.

If there's a weak point in the movie at all, it's Peter Weller's voice work. It is good for the most part, but his range is off in a few scenes such as when he's rallying the S.O.B.'s (son of the Batman) during the blackout in Gotham--He should be shouting, but it seems more like he's pretending to shout.

American Splendor

Not exactly a comic book movie, but more of a biopic about Harvey Pekar, the creator of American Splendor, convincingly portrayed by Paul Giamatti.
