Just sharing a random interest of the moment. For reason I find this guy's peculiar form of speech fascinating. He totally belongs in a David Lynch film.
I guess this truly is his normal speech pattern but he just exaggerates for theatrical effect if his is doing a reading. I guess he was raised by a reclusive mother and his strange home life conditions are why he has this weird speech style. He's actually from Georgia originally.

I've seen a couple of episodes of Oddities and he's my favorite guy on there! I find him to be a very interesting person and I bet he and I would get along great!
