1 banana
3 cups of white mushrooms
2 cups of broccoli
1 cup of sliced carrots
1 cup of snow peas
2 cups of pineapple
2 cups of sliced celery

I have eaten all of this in the last three hours. I don't know if it's just being stoned or because I've skipped my regular vitamin supplement(I need to buy more) for the last three days or what but the last three hours has been delicious.

Are there any foods you are prone to eating lots of? I used to crave nothing but sugar and carbs and salt, now I feel like I could eat plates and plates and plates of vegetables and it has no impact whatsoever on my weight.

Kale sautéed with garlic and onion - I have some serious problems with that.

Also mangoes. And coconut. Cherries.

I could go on.

Sun dried tomatoes. Love them. Can eat them plain or put them in as much as I can. I get them in bulk from Costco. Hooray for healthy binging. I can't stand the gross, bloated feeling after binging on unhealthy food.

I think I'm going to buy some sun dried tomatoes while I'm at the store later. This thread is making my mouth water thus far :P

Stuffed olives?
Calamari?
Scallops? (the real ones, not the potato kind)

You shouldn't have started this thread. I already like food too much.

Doesnt sound unreasonable to me. It's within 3 hours - fruit and veg dont stay in the body for long. Just be careful with the fruit, as you should not exceed 2-3 servings per day. If you're craving more, it might be a symptom of something.

I've never been on a diet that complies with the FDA's recommended serving amounts, and I've been a vegan for most of my life. I can't eat wheat or oats, I almost never eat beans etc. So it's always been normal and doctor-approved for me to eat a lot of fruit. It's where the majority of my calories come from.

Oh my god I'd go non-vegan right at this moment for some scallops... I haven't eaten calamari since I heard a story on This American Life about all of these places in America selling pig rectum sliced and prepared as calamari. It's sold as imitation calamari and in all of these taste tests people can't tell the difference.

I realize calamari isn't vegan but I used to eat it on occasion. If it's pig rectum though... ugh. I think I just ruined this thread.

I binge on healthy food a lot...it's so rare that I can afford healthy food that if it's there I'll eat the whole lot within a very short space of time. I'm a total carb craver, but the fact I'm not a fan of high carb foods, and that I know how terrible they are for me, usually stops me binging on those.

I love eating healthy!! !! I'll eat seafood, poultry, grains and vegetables. Sushi is one of my favorites and I also like curry. Pasta and organic sauce is amazing. Tomatoes are my favorite vegetable and I love water with lemon in it. I completely stopped drinking soda. I feel a lot better now.

What about for some wake-n-bacon (weed cooked in to bacon grease)?

I got a big thing of bright purple kale at the store last weekend and was laughing at it quite a bit. I can't wait to make bright purple kale chips with it, I won't be able to stop giggling.

I basically do the same thing you do Meems, only with the whole produce isle and I put it through a blender first. I blend enough to last a few weeks.

I've been using more apples and jalapenos lately, both are inexpensive here. Blending all of it makes it edible without cooking it (raw food leads to less weight gain when compared to cooked food) and freezing leads to minimal nutrition loss.

It tastes ok and it keeps me full, so I don't go binge eating all the sugary stuff lying around the house, plus I don't have to live off a vending machine diet at school.
