Is there a copy of the Autism Social Rulebook lingering around somewhere? I read that there was a whole brouhaha over "intellectual property," but I was hoping to use it to mentor a student with AS.

If not, can someone recommend a similar resource online?

The field guide to earthlings is probably the most useful book I've ever read. J.E Robinson's "be different" doesn't come far behind.

no, there isn't one - for the reasons you stated. it's not possible to obtain permission from each "author" in order to print off the whole thing. this is a "survival guide" for aspies, though i don't know if it is helpful:
