It was not first used in Serbia, it was used in Bulgaria to bring down Lukanov in 1990. The wrong side won the election so the CIA got involved.

Glenn Beck's (and others') Jewish conspiracy theories were based purely on ignorance. But, in the video above, they interview actual revolution consultants.
