Does anyone else hate the plastic blister packs you get from technology and hardware shops? They are glued that tightly the only way to open them is to saw them with a large knife!

Some I like and some I don't. The ones I like are just square and are good for putting nuts and bolts in and the odd shaped ones are just a waste of plastic.

The idea isn't bad, but to often the packaging is overkill for some insane reason.

I mean most of the time Batteries have a plastic bubble front with a board backing. Fairly easy to open. But some companies sandwich them in plastic and the fuse it together. It's ridiculous.

Yeah, it's like they make those things out of kyptonite or something. I guess it makes sense, though, in terms of making small items less steal-able.
