Hacktivist group Anonymous has launched a second massive cyber attack against Israel, dubbed #OpIsrael. Israel declared there haven’t been any major disruptions so far.
Anonymous threatened to "disrupt and erase Israel from cyberspace" in protest over its mistreatment of Palestinians.
Dozens of Israeli websites were unavailable as of early Sunday, with one of the latest being the Israeli Ministry of Defense online page, according to Anonymous on Twitter.
Just to clarify, this isn't necessarily anti-Semitic since the attack seems to be against Israeli governmental policy, not against Jewish people.
You can make a valid argument that the Israeli government is doing some pretty awful things to the Palestinians without implicating Jews in particular. Obviously not all Jews support the Israeli government. Your suggestion that this is anti-Semitic would be like saying that criticizing the American government for enslaving Africans and killing native Americans is anti-Christian or anti-Anglo.
