Hi everyone,

I am a female married for 9 years to an Aspie male and I am looking to increase my understanding of his world (metaphorically) and go back to some basics.
After all these years I have gotten it wrong too many times trying to follow standard procedures and recommendations for communication, maybe that is partially due to how I see him.
I am aware of the AS, but it's not what I see when I look at him so I forget and still expect him to act "as if" he is not.
He does have physical and movement clues, but what is "just him" in his personality and what is influenced by AS is not always evident to me.

Over the years we have addressed all the "details" of issues we encountered but never actually addressed the AS itself.
We don't even much talk about it actually.

Anyway, thought I would say hello and a few words.

Oh and I chose "Flowers" because I had no ideas for a name and I looked up and saw the flowers he bought me recently sitting on the table.
