There's something that I get really happy about and people around me don't.
I get really happy when people give me nicknames or call me something that is really affectionate/sweet.
Honey, Sugar, Sweetheart, Zozo (my name's Zoe), Zozelin (no idea how I got this), Munchkin, even Cupcake and Brownie lol.
Maybe I'm just weird :P

They call me Kiddo at work because I look like a child. I thought only the Amis used that word.

Ah I wouldn't like to be called Kiddo. I hate it when people who are younger than me call me cute!
Lol that's what happened to me. Only one person ever called me Anni and I've been using that name for ages.

Nice. When I worked in a grocery store, someone nicknamed me Scooter (my name is Scott.) I didn't really care for Scooter, but didnt say anything.

When I played basketball as a young child, my friend called me Animal because I was aggressive and a good rebounder. I liked that nickname.

Some people call me by my initials, SP.

And then friends have different ways to refer to me, names/phrases related to something.

I've plenty of nicknames way back in high school particularly when I played baseball. For example * Husker, Husk, Ol' Husker, Ol' Husk etc... * First time I heard someone call me by a nickname, I thought they said mustard.

I get happy when people call me things that they call everybody else though, like Sweetheart, Honey, Sugar and Darling.
I sometimes talk to this girl just for the fact that she calls me Sugar everytime I go talk to her (even though she calls everyone else that)

Don't know whether it counts as a nickname, but there were 6 Chris's (my name) at school in our social group so to tell us apart we were all called by our last names. I get called by my last name more frequently then my first name nowadays.
