After a few months of dating, there was a pretty intense fight, and I was ready to hit the road and not look back. He held me by the shoulders and told me he loved me, and that what we were fighting about was irrelevant because of it. He was right.

circa 1999: Had my first non-platonic hug from a girl I just met that day at a carnival.

circa 2003: Had my first kiss from a random girl in a nightclub, when I visited a friend at a college town.

March 2007: Had sex for the first time without paying an escort.

June 2011: Had my first and only one-night stand at a singles' dance. I was too shocked to talked about until weeks later.

May 2012: Had my first short-term fling on a cruise. Best dating experience ever.

A bet with a friend. We were in a party and she challenged me to hook up. I said to her 'fine, pick a girl'.

I won 8)

Okay, please don't consider this bragging... it was 15-20 years ago. ;)

Besides the awesome first date that led to marrying my beautiful (now ex) wife, one of the most interesting moments was as I was walking down the street. I was dressed nice, sunglasses on and passed a very attractive girl. I stopped dead in my tracks and did a double-take, stunned by her! To my surprise, she also stumbled in place, stunned by me and surprised I took notice of her!

We immediately chatted it up and headed back to my place for some nookie. ;)

Unfortunately, she got overly attached and wanted to move in that very day... then began stalking me once she scared me away! :pale:

I had a summer fling with a really cute guy, waaay outta my league normally. Tall, with longish black curly hair, very intelligent. He was kinda a hippie Deadhead. He hung around with a girl who used to come over to the house off Clairmont, actually. He was about to go off to grad school in Minnesota.

He and I were having a beer in a bar on Southside (the Oasis--it's still there, I think), when the "girl-who-has-everything" walked in. Her parents owned a horse farm, she was thin and olive-complected, with long black curly hair, she had a convertible volkswagen--the exact opposite of me. (They actually would have made a striking couple)

She took one look at my date and her eyes got big and even though I can't lip-read worth a cr@p, I could tell she said to her friend, "He's cute." 8O I squeezed his arm and leaned my head on his shoulder like, "Yeah, he's with me." :D
