I'm feeling a little ADHD lately, although that's not my usual demeanour. I think it's because I know I can drive again. :heart:

I need to choose my next book, because that usually motivates me to finish the current one.

Yes, driving has been incredible! I can't believe I survived four years without it!

Quantum Physics by Stephen Gasiorowicz and Principles of Quantum Mechanics by Ramamurti Shankar

I also have to read Bacon's New Organon by next week and Descartes's Discourse on Method the following week.

I'm reading "Nice Guys Finish Last" by that great intellectual, Leo Durocher.

I feel incomplete without that book - Leo Durocher is at least as well-known as a Bronte, and perhaps more universally followed.

I buy most of my books because I'm a bit of a collector, and to be honest my library card isn't even working. I need to get it reissued. I've used a friend's card a few times in the meantime, when I wanted to borrow a book.

My goal is to read all the books I purchased in 2018 before buying or borrowing anything new. Lately, I've had a desire to read Jane Eyre or Possession but I've read them many times already ... so I'm slapping my own wrist in restraint. I will probably read Nick Holland's bio of Anne Brontë next.

Just finished Rebecca Fleet's The house swap

thriller?! it was dead boring, just drama and droning on and on
worst thing is, the idea wasn't too shabby, it could have been creepy, but it wasn't at all

Currently reading "En hjelpende hånd" by Trude Teige

so far, so good

wish I had started with the first in the series though as it makes references to things that happened in book one
