Once in Every Life by Kristin Hannah. I wasn't expecting much but i felt connected to the main character. I Will probably never have a family with someone i love , maybe in another life like that main character.

Dancer's Lament by Ian C. Esslemont.

A prequel to Steven Erikson's The Malazan Book of the Fallen, by another author he created the setting with.

Factotum, by Charles Bukowski.

After having dropped out of college, and was classified 4F while the rest of the country fought WWII, Bukowski's anti-hero, Henry Chinaski, hits the road across America, working - and quitting - one thankless job after another as he drowns his sorrows in alcohol and sex. Very funny, despite the dark and despondent subject matter.

The Penal Colony, by Franz Kafka.

Anthology by the great Franz Kafka. I've read some of the stories therein, but some others are new to me.

Historian jännät naiset by Maria Petterson.

English translation for the name would be something along the lines of "Fascinating Women Through History." It tells about women who've had big impacts on world, yet are mostly unknown. I'm still pretty much at the beginning, which tells about science related women. Most of them had their work published under the name of their male coworkers or relatives, in some cases because women weren't allowed to publish anything, and in some others because those men stole their work. :x
