Nts really hate it when we don't want to socialise like most of them - so I find it best to spend at least some time with them - especially colleagues who can think you are snubbing them if you don't spend any time with them. :roll: :roll:

That's probably a good call. I got really into mindfulness a couple of years ago, but I've not really tried it in social situations. I find that other people demand my entire attention, and trying to be mindful makes it look like I've spaced out (and I suppose I have). But definitely worth trying if you can get the balance right.
